Company history for the year 1915 - 25th anniversary of the 3rd Enfield
During 1915
April
The Company wins the Battalion Drill competition.
Wednesday 21st April
The Company is runner-up in the Battalion Gymnastics competition.
Saturday 1st May
The Daily Telegraph Shield competition results (no Royal Albert Hall Display is held): 1st - 94th London, 2nd - 3rd Enfield (504 1/2), 3rd - 1st South Essex (475 1/2).
Thursday 20th May
Many boys enlist in the armed forces, about 600 ex-members of the Enfield Battalion are now on active service. 120 ex-members of the 3rd are on active service. The Company still does cricket, swimming, shooting, and signalling. In the winter it does gymnastics, football, drill, Bugle Band and musketry.
Wednesday 26th May
The Whit Monday Inspection and Sports takes place.

Christmas at the 3rd
Following the November lockdown we were able to meet face-to-face once again on Monday 7th December, which was also our final meeting of 2020.

Despite the unusual circumstances, we were able to get involved in Remembrance activities to commemorate those who gave their lives in conflict.
