During 1927
Sunday 2nd January
An 11:00am service, conducted by Mr C Chopping, is held in memory of the late T R Plowman at the CAWG Hut in Parsonage Lane.
Monday 28th February
The Company wins the Gymnastics competition at the British Hall.
March
The Company receives a letter from an old boy of the Company, Mr H W Smith, who lives in Ogema in Saskatchewan.
March
Mr Thomas Plowman, father of Mr T R Plowman, passes away.
Wednesday 9th March
The Battalion Drill competition is held at the Territorial Drill Hall. The 1st Enfield wins the competition by 7 1/2 points.
Wednesday 4th May
The Royal Albert Hall Display takes place.
Monday 6th June
The Company retains the Sports Cup at the Whit Monday Sports.
Saturday 6th August to Saturday 13th August
The Enfield Battalion Camp is held at Gurnard Bay, Isle of Wight. Captain Lahee, who has to leave early, is given a ceremonial send off on a stage barrow draped in a Union Flag and drawn by the Beefeaters of the 3rd Enfield. The parade, led by a brass band, dumps the Captain in the village.

Christmas at the 3rd
Following the November lockdown we were able to meet face-to-face once again on Monday 7th December, which was also our final meeting of 2020.

Despite the unusual circumstances, we were able to get involved in Remembrance activities to commemorate those who gave their lives in conflict.
