Sunday 23rd March
Dr Robert Leslie Ridge, Captain of the 1st Enfield from 1909 to 1953, dies at the age of 78.
Friday 2nd May
The Royal Albert Hall Display takes place.
Saturday 17th May
Mr Ron Langhorn becomes the Captain of the 3rd Enfield.
September
Mr Charles Chopping puts on a BB Exhibition at the Town Show for the 75th anniversary of The Boys' Brigade.
Sunday 26th October
Over 700 attend a 75th anniversary Parade at Christ Church. The service is conducted by the Minister, Rev L T Towers.
