Company history for the year 1998

Saturday 7th March
The 3rd Enfield's Junior Section enters the North London Zone Figure Marching competition at the 2nd Enfield's headquarters, Bush Hill Park URC.

Sunday 8th March
An Enfield Battalion Church Parade is held at Winchmore Hill Baptist Church, home of the 10th Enfield Company.

Monday 18th May
The annual Company Display and Presentation Evening is held at Christ Church Hall. The Company gives a demonstration of drill and first aid, and the Junior Section shows its skills at figure marching and team games. The Anchor Boys play a game and present the story of the hungry caterpillar which turns into a butterfly. The Display finishes with a performance by the Company Band.

Saturday 30th May
The Company enters the Battalion Athletics competition, held at the Queen Elizabeth II Stadium.

Friday 5th June
The Junior Section enters the Enfield Battalion Hare & Hounds race at Hillyfields.

Sunday 11th October
A Battalion Church Parade is held at Broxbourne Parish Church, headquarters of the 1st Wormley Company.

Sunday 8th November
Enfield Battalion, including members of the 3rd Enfield, takes part in the annual Remembrance Sunday Parade in Enfield Town, with a service on Chase Green.

On Wednesday 27th March members of the 3rd Enfield joined with others from Enfield Battalion to take part in the North London Zone Inter Battalion Laser Quest competition.

Enfield Battalion Church Parade and Explore activity afternoon

On Sunday 24th March the annual Enfield Battalion Church Parade took place at Ponders End United Reformed Church (12th Enfield HQ), followed by an Explore activity afternoon for all age groups.
