We will use the details provided to process Gift Aid on your donations to us and keep in touch if you are happy for us to do so. Fields marked with an * are required – please note that we can only claim Gift Aid if you provide your full first name, surname and home address.

If you pay Income Tax at the higher or additional rate and want to receive the additional tax relief
due to you, you must include all your Gift Aid donations on your Self Assessment tax return or ask
HM Revenue & Customs to adjust your tax code.
