The death of Arthur Page: Arthur was a boy in the 3rd Enfield in the late 1920s and early 1930s, and for many years during the 1980s Arthur would help teach many first year boys the drums at the weekly band practices at Lavender Road School. Arthur was quite a comedian and would entertain everyone with his simultaneous ukulele and piano playing. In later years Arthur also helped out at 12th Enfield HQ. He often talked about his time during the War years and serving in the army, and how his BB training helped him with the adversity of the War.
