On Monday evenings throughout June and July members of all of our age groups took part in our Summer Programme, where we took advantage of the lighter evenings and better weather to get out and about a bit more.
For the first couple of weeks we enjoyed various sports and games both on site and on Chase Green.
On Monday 26th June all of our age groups headed to Laser Quest Enfield, splitting into two teams to face off against each other across two games. Well done to Yianni who was the highest scoring individual in both games!
The following Monday, 3rd July, we headed to Jungle Falls Adventure Golf at Trent Park for an evening on their 18 hole course. Well done to Lewis who was the best scorer of our under 11s and Moisis who won out of the over 11s!
On Monday 10th July our Company and Seniors lads enjoyed a trip to Lambourne End Centre for Outdoor Learning. Whilst there they had a go on the centre’s ropes course over water (with only a few trips into said water!) before finishing off the evening with a tug of war contest.
Monday 17th July saw our end of term BBQ take place in the garden behind the church. It was fantastic to see so many of the boys and their families as we finished our Monday meetings for the term together!
