The T R Plowman Trophy was presented to the Company in 1934 in memory of the late Thomas Room Plowman.

It is presented to the Senior age group (14 to 18 year old) boy who, in the opinion of his fellow Company and Senior members, has done the most for the Company during that session. The voting is done by secret ballot. The trophy is commonly referred to as the Plowman Senior Trophy.
