The 3rd Enfield takes part in the London District Band competitions day. The Bugle Team, defending champions, comes third and the Drum Team comes second in their respective competitions.
The Company Band also enters the Junior Band competition playing the march Red Alert, which was composed by 3rd Enfield members Mark Willis, Martyn Stogden and Mark Pollard. The band comes second, but the judges comment on the quality of the march.
