From Thursday 2nd to Sunday 5th June a group from our Company and Seniors age groups travelled to Felden Lodge for Unite, a national camp bringing together over 150 young people and leaders.
A variety of activities took place, including volleyball, Zorb football, tag rugby, wide games, human table football, camp workouts, cheerleading workshops, cooking, a campfire, a disco, films, human Among Us, Unite Fortunes and lots more.
There was also the opportunity to take part in a range of It’s a Knockout challenges, including inflatables, water games and team activities, as well as a Platinum Jubilee Party.
There were times of worship where everyone came together in the Marquee, with powerful messages from Aaron Routledge (Message Trust), Jason Royce (Souster Youth Trust), Dan Randall (HOPE Together) and Rob McNerney (Youthscape).
Every group that attends Unite is part of a camping village (Blue, Red or Yellow) and the villages compete against each other throughout the weekend to earn points and try to be the winning one. We were delighted to be a part of the victorious Yellow village!
