Mad Scientist Activity Afternoon

Added 6th March 2018 by Tom Boorman

On Saturday 24th February members of Enfield, Barnet and Inner North London Battalions came together for a Mad Scientist Activity Afternoon at Bush Hill Park URC (2nd Enfield HQ).

The event was open to members of Anchors and Juniors, with around 80 boys and girls from across the three Battalions taking part - including 9 from the 3rd Enfield.

The young people were split into age groups and took part in a variety of activities including crafts, making their own ice cream, making green slime, trying out some science experiments and watching the Science Boffins show!

To finish the afternoon everyone came together for a closing show with the Science Boffins, as well as some devotions.

A great afternoon was had by all and we especially thank the 2nd Enfield for all their work in making the event happen.
